-4 fillets of raw salmon
-6 tablespoons of coarse salt
-5 teaspoons of ground berries
-5 tablespoons brown sugar
-1 lemon
-1 handful of beans


1. In a bowl, first pour the coarse salt, the brown sugar, the ground berries and the juice of half a citrus fruit. Mix. Then place in a dish, flattening the mixture.

2.Cut parts of the fish and place them in the dish on the mixture. Book 2 days in the fridge.

3.Before serving the northern specialty, cook the beans in a pot of hot water.

4.Then rinse the slices of salmon and serve them on a nice plate. Decorate with beans and dill leaves. Enjoy your lunch !

-6 slices of salmon
-8 tablespoons coarse salt
